Due to the company's operational development and expansion needs, with the approval of the Jiaxing Administration for Market Regulation, the former "Zhejiang E-Fuel Technology Co., Ltd." has officially changed its name to "Zhejiang E-Fuel Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd." From this date onward, all internal and external contracts, invoices issued, bank accounts, business tax numbers, and other relevant documents will solely use the name "Zhejiang E-Fuel Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd.", and the former name "Zhejiang E-Fuel Technology Co., Ltd." will cease to be used.

Following the change in company name, the business entity, legal relationships, and service commitments remain unchanged. All operational activities, contractual relationships, rights, and obligations of the company will remain unaffected.
